Complete KYC verification — Aadhaar or driving licence. Accept the rental agreement and acknowledge the damage policy. It takes minutes, not hours.
03DELIVERY OR PICKUP
Doorstep delivery or self-pickup happens before your trip. Handoff photos are uploaded and condition is recorded before use begins.
04YOUR TRIP
Take the gear where it belongs. Every item has condition records on file. Optional protection plan covers accidental damage during your adventure.
05RETURN & REFUND
Return photos close the loop. We inspect the gear, and your deposit is released within 72 hours. The damage claim window is clearly defined — no surprises.
